Every year a Beaver, Cub and Scout is chosen by the leaders to be given the accolade of Beaver, Cub and Scout of the year. This is presented at the AGM where their name is entered into the minutes of the meeting and then placed on the Freda Horner Award boards in the Scout hut.
A member can be chosen for many reasons but generally they are selected for their attitude to the group, other people and themselves.
